Does Toran have an agency plan today?

Not yet. The agency plan — managing many client chat widgets from one place, white-label branding, and per-client reporting — is on our roadmap and being scoped now. You can join the waitlist to get early access and help shape it. In the meantime, Toran's standard plans already let you deploy a chat widget for a single client site.

What will the agency plan include?

We're designing the agency plan around three things agencies keep asking us for: managing multiple client widgets from one login, white-label branding so the widget looks like your own product, and per-client lead attribution you can report on. Exact features and pricing aren't finalized — waitlist members will be the first to weigh in.

How is client attribution planned to work?

Toran already captures visitor context — page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, and session details — when a visitor clicks the chat widget. The agency plan is being designed to organize that attribution per client so you can report which campaigns and pages drove each conversation. The single-widget attribution exists today; the multi-client view is what we're building.

Can I use Toran for clients right now?

Yes — you can deploy Toran's standard chat widget on a client site today and route leads to their WhatsApp. The dedicated agency experience (one dashboard across many clients, white-label, set-your-own client pricing) is coming. Join the waitlist and we'll bring you in early.
