Where each alert lands
- Push
- On the phone of the teammate the lead goes to. On an iPhone, add the Toran web app to the home screen first. Instant.
- Telegram
- A message from the Toran bot with the lead and buttons to reply or open it. Instant.
- Every lead, every time, even when you hold the other alerts after hours.
- WhatsApp forward
- An email with a button that opens WhatsApp, so you can pass the lead to a chat or a group. Toran does not send WhatsApp messages itself.
- Slack
- A message in your channel, on Business.
For alerts you cannot afford to miss, use Telegram or push. There is no SMS or phone-call alert. If a hot lead goes unanswered, the alert goes out again on every channel, with a one-tap “I already responded” button.
Free never switches off
The contact buttons, lead capture and routing never stop on Free. The AI answers the first 2 conversations a day; after that, visitors go straight to your buttons and the lead is still captured.
One website, several branches
The widget can group contact buttons by branch, each with its own opening hours, and mark the branches that are closed. Free shows two buttons at once, so more than two branches needs Pro. Alerts are not yet sent per branch.
Lead delivery is checked around the clock
Every 5 minutes an automatic check looks for new leads whose alert did not go out, and an email goes out when no instant channel reached you. These are automated checks, not a staffed desk.
Common questions
What's the catch with the free plan?
No catch. The Free plan includes 2 agents, round-robin routing, and 2 AI conversations a day at $0/month. No credit card required, and there's no trial timer or expiry date. Paid plans (opening 1 January 2027) add higher AI volume, branding removal, analytics, and on Business, geo-routing.
What counts as an AI conversation?
One full back-and-forth between your AI and a visitor: from the first question to the lead's details, typically around 10 messages. The cap counts conversations, not messages - a short exchange still counts as one. Unused conversations don't roll over to the next day.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Free is live now. Pro and Business open on 1 January 2027; from then you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No contracts, no lock-in. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. When paid plans open on 1 January 2027, every one comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If we can't earn your upgrade, we don't deserve your money.
