What counts as an AI conversation?
One full back-and-forth between your AI and a visitor: from the first question to the lead's details, typically around 10 messages. The cap counts conversations, not messages - a short exchange still counts as one. Unused conversations don't roll over to the next day.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No contracts, no lock-in. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
