Toran for Agencies

Resell a WhatsApp widget that wears your brand, not ours.

One flat wholesale price. Every client's site captures, scores, and routes leads to their team's WhatsApp — under your brand, on your invoice, live the same afternoon.

Flat margin

$99/mo for 10 sites, $9/site after — no per-message meter

No Meta approval

A script tag on their existing site — no WABA queue

Live in minutes

Capturing leads before the kickoff call ends

The agency tier is human-onboarded (we set up your wholesale price and consolidated billing with you) — not self-serve yet.

The WhatsApp-API tools tax you three ways

Agencies reselling WhatsApp Business API access (AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, Respond.io) don't lose margin to bad tools — they lose it to three things Meta controls and they can't.

The per-message meter

On the API, Meta bills per outbound conversation on top of the tool's subscription. Your cost per client moves with their volume — so you can never quote a fixed price or cleanly mark it up.

The onboarding lottery

Standing up one client means Meta business verification and number approval — days, sometimes weeks — and it fails on name mismatches, numbers already on personal WhatsApp, and display-name rejections.

The growth throttle

Agencies report Meta rate-limiting how fast they can onboard new client numbers until an account clears review — a ceiling on how quickly you can add accounts. A script tag has none.

Toran has none of it. It's a script tag on the client's existing site — live in minutes, no Meta account, no verification, no per-client approval queue, and it sits outside the WhatsApp Business API account-ban surface because it never sends from their number.

Your cost is one flat number. It doesn't move when your client's chat volume does.

$99/mo includes 10 client sites. Every additional site is a flat $9/mo — no per-seat, no per-message, no usage metering, no hard cap. Whatever you rebill above your wholesale cost is your margin, and it doesn't shrink when a client's chats spike.

Client sites Your Toran cost / mo Effective / client Per year
10 sites $99 $9.90 $1188
25 sites $234 $9.36 $2808
50 sites $459 $9.18 $5508

Toran (flat)

A fixed $9-ish per client, whether that client gets 5 leads this month or 5,000. You set your resale price; the gap is yours and it holds.

WhatsApp-API tools (variable)

A subscription (WATI from $59/mo, AiSensy from ₹1,500/mo, Interakt from ₹2,499/mo, Respond.io from $79/mo) plus Meta's per-conversation fees on top — a cost that moves with every client's volume.

Competitor subscription prices captured 2026-06-04 (WATI, Respond.io) and 2026-06-22 (AiSensy, Interakt) from each vendor's pricing page; every one adds Meta per-conversation fees on outbound. You set your own resale price — the margin math above is your cost, not a resale quote.

The line item that shows up in the retainer review

Retainers churn when the client can't see the value. A widget that quietly catches leads their old contact form dropped — and shows it — is a line item they don't cancel.

Every lead lands with its reasons in plain words — "Reached out before · Clicked WhatsApp · Was on your pricing page" — so the value is legible to the client, not buried in a dashboard they never open.

Speed is the product: buyers are up to 21× more likely to qualify when a business answers within five minutes vs thirty. (MIT / InsideSales Lead Response Management Study, 2007 — an industry benchmark, cited by vintage.)

Your clients never see us

Each widget already wears your client's brand — their colors, their button shape, their copy, in 6 visitor languages with right-to-left support. The one Toran mark, the "Powered by Toran" badge, is removable on paid plans.

Straight talk on the limit: this is client-branded widgets plus a removable badge — the thing your clients actually look at. It is not a full platform rebrand with your own login domain and per-client sub-logins; that deeper white-label is a separate, later concept, and we'd rather tell you now than let you find out on a client call.

Onboarding is the scale gate. So we removed it.

The difference between "I can run 50 clients" and "I can't" is setup time. Toran's is three steps, and none of them wait on Meta.

1

Duplicate a client

Clone a configured widget's brand, channels, and knowledge base into a new client's setup instead of starting from zero.

2

Drop one script tag

Paste a single line into their existing site — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, plain HTML. The widget appears instantly.

3

Go live — no approval queue

It's capturing, scoring, and routing to the owner's WhatsApp before the kickoff call ends. No Meta verification to wait on.

One login. Every client's widget.

The "Your sites" view manages your whole portfolio from one dashboard — click a client to enter their workspace, see which sites have leads waiting, and open any client's site in a tab. It's shipped.

Illustration of the shipped dashboard. Client names shown are examples.

One invoice. You're the merchant of record.

Toran bills your agency once for every site. You own the client relationship: set your own price, bill however you already bill, keep the difference. We never touch your clients' cards.

It also fixes local payments.

In markets where card-only monthly billing shuts out a big share of small businesses, you collect locally — Pix, OXXO, bank transfer, installments, cash — while Toran only ever charges your agency's card. The payment surface shrinks from thousands of small businesses to a handful of agency relationships.

Two ways to partner

Pick the one that fits how you work — or run both. Founding-cohort terms, set up with you directly.

Affiliate

For people who refer Toran but don't manage the sites. A link and a coupon, a recurring commission (planned at 30%) on the customers you send. Low effort, no client work.

Agency reseller

For agencies that install and rebill Toran across a client base. Flat wholesale per site, consolidated billing, white-label widgets, one portfolio dashboard. Higher value, stickier clients.

Founding Agency Cohort — first 15

Build your agency's WhatsApp offer with us — before everyone else does.

We're onboarding our first 15 agencies by hand. You get more than a plan — you get a say in the tier while it's still being shaped, a direct line to the founder, and pricing locked while you grow into it.

Wholesale locked 12 months

Your $99/mo base (10 sites) and $9/site won't move for a full year. After that you renew at standard pricing — with at least 30 days' notice, never a surprise.

Fixed AI, no meter

750 AI chats per site, every month. A site needs more? Step it up to 5,000 for a flat $29/site. No per-message fee, no usage bill you can't predict — ever.

A hand in the product

Direct line to the founder, and the features you need for your clients get built with your input — you're a founding partner, not ticket #4,000.

No lifetime deals, no permanent price locks — a real founding rate for a real commitment, honestly bounded. When the 15 seats are gone, they're gone.

Do your clients actually need the WhatsApp API?

We'd rather send a bad-fit deal away than watch it churn and blame you. The honest answer is "yes, they need the API" in exactly three cases:

  • Broadcast is the growth engine. Re-engagement blasts to a large list are the primary motion. Toran has no broadcast rail — by design.
  • A true multi-agent reply inbox on one number at real volume — many agents answering the same number all day. That's what the API's inbox tooling is for.
  • Automated order and shipping notifications. Those are API utility templates by definition — no click-to-chat tool can send them.

For the far more common job — a visitor asks, the business answers, and you need to not lose that visitor before the chat starts — Toran is the leaner fit, and no API is needed. The API even makes inbound service conversations free; what the client actually needs is the capture-and-route layer that the WhatsApp-API stacks don't include.

And there's no rip-and-replace later.

The day a client genuinely needs the API, they can add it to the same number (via Meta's Coexistence program) and the widget you sold them keeps working unchanged — you never unwind a Toran install to let a client grow. Their data is theirs the whole way: self-service export is shipped, and we keep only short-retention transcripts and never mine chat content. (Coexistence is Meta's program, so we guarantee Toran's side of that path, not Meta's.)

Agency FAQ

Do my clients need the WhatsApp Business API to use Toran?

For the inbound job — a visitor messages, the business answers — no. It's a script tag on their existing site, so no Meta approval and no per-message fee today. The API is genuinely needed only for outbound broadcast, a multi-agent reply inbox on one number at volume, or automated order/shipping notifications — and when that's the job, we say so and show you the bridge.

How white-label is it? Will my clients see Toran?

Each widget carries your client's brand, and the "Powered by Toran" badge is removable on paid plans — so your clients never see us. To be straight: it's client-branded widgets plus a removable badge, not a full platform rebrand with your own login domain. That deeper layer isn't part of this tier.

How does billing work?

Toran invoices your agency once ($99/mo for 10 client sites, $9 per additional site). You're the merchant of record: you set your price, bill your clients however you already do — including Pix, OXXO, and installments — and keep the difference.

Will Toran go direct to my clients?

No. Support flows vendor to partner to client — we work through you. The relationship, billing, and brand stay yours.

Is it ban-safe for my clients' numbers?

Toran sits outside the WhatsApp Business API account-ban surface — it's a direct wa.me chat link and never sends from your client's number, so there's no automation for Meta to flag and no WABA account to suspend. We won't claim zero ban risk (any number's owner can still misuse it), but the layer that gets accounts banned isn't in the loop.

We already use GoHighLevel — does Toran replace it?

No, it complements it. GoHighLevel is a full agency CRM; Toran is the on-site capture layer that turns website visitors into routed WhatsApp leads before they bounce, then hands them to the human and to whatever CRM your client already uses.
